Hope everyone is having a nice Saturday! Please see this scene from the movie Serendipity I talked about a little bit back. It's an awesome scene, calming, very romantic but mostly because it has the instrumental piece I love by David Gray. As I mentioned before, it was Gray's music I fell in love with my husband to.
The song January Rain is one of the only instrumentals on the incredible CD it belongs to & never fails to remind me of our courting days 7 years ago. This movie is also an awesome chick flick if you haven't seen it yet. The song that comes on after the instrumental is awesome too but I don't know who it's by.

Tristan in his new Ben 10 costume he'll don for his birthday party next week & Halloween if he wishes to.
This morning brought the ending of New Moon. Le Sigh. I do plan on making a trip to the book store tonight to get Eclipse BUT I do plan on slowing it down a bit, reading just a chapter or two a night. After all, if Edward & Jacob can have self-control then I need to master some myself!!!
I'm watching Definitely Maybe right now, which reminds me a lot of that movie. Cute jam session! I love it!

The song is called Northern Sky by Nick Drake. I started listening to it and recognized his voice right away but I didn't know the name of the song. I looked it up. He sang a song on my favorite soundtrack of all time...Garden State. Have you seen that movie? It's one of my VERY FAVORITES!!! You should check it out. It has Zach Braff and Natalie Portman.

ReplyDeleteOOOOK BEN 10 IS all the RAGE in OUR HOUSE! In fact we had to buy a new omnitrix this weekend for all the HAPPY FACES he has been getting in school! HE wanted the NEW TRICKED OUT OMNIXTRIX and well since he has been doing so good...we bought it for him!

I bought ALL FOUR books at ONE time and well IT was like I had to race myself to get to the next one and then when it it was over....I just sighed! Oh my gosh. The pictures of Tristan and his daddy jammin' are So great. Thanks for sharing the Serendipity clip. I love that movie.........I didn't master self control when I was reading the Twilight series. Once I got them, I devoured them. However, I didn't buy them, and I had to wait for each one to come available at the library. :)
